AI avatar questions answered FAQ

The Single – digital avatar starter package costs CZK 20,000 excl. VAT. It includes creating your digital avatar and 4 videos of up to 30 seconds with subtitles. A larger scope (more videos, language versions or avatars, campaign management) is priced individually based on your goals – the first 30-minute consultation is free. For comparison, our clients saved 70–93% of costs compared with traditional production – see our case studies.

Creating a custom avatar takes about a week. Once the avatar is ready, we deliver each further video or language version within a few hours of an approved script – no filming, crew or studio.

Just four things: your brand guidelines or visual identity (logo, colours, tone of voice), a brief and goals (what the avatar is for, who it targets and in which channels), product or service materials for the scripts and, for a digital twin of a real person, a short reference video including that person's consent. We're happy to go through the brief with you during the consultation.

Yes. Under the EU Artificial Intelligence Act, transparency obligations under Article 50 apply from 2 August 2026 – content a viewer could mistake for reality must be labelled. That's why we label our AI content with the official icons of the European Commission's AI Office. For a digital twin of a real person, the client secures consent to use the person's likeness and voice, and we require it before production starts. Licensing of the avatar is covered in the framework agreement.

The results come from A/B tests comparing an avatar vs. video vs. other static formats. We also ran testing at the campaign level – a campaign with avatar-free formats vs. a campaign including avatar formats.

In the Czech Republic, video content is the fastest-growing format in display advertising. At the same time, ad platforms are changing their auction systems, and creative plays a decisive role. An avatar helps you meet platform requirements quickly and at low production cost, which in turn contributes to better results.

With traditional production you pay for location, equipment, crew, and post-production, and you wait weeks for a single video. An AI avatar removes those line items – we deliver a new video or a language variant within hours of an approved script. Our clients saved 70–93% of costs: Česká Kanada 70% on the creative concept, Lékárna Lemon 80% compared with UGC creators and TIC Brno 93% on UGC production – details in our case studies.

You're welcome to put together an avatar in a self-serve tool – that's not a problem. However, you need to constantly maintain an up-to-date technology stack as well as consistent output. At Avanito we don't work with just one technology; we have internal rollout processes and are always working to keep our model current and continuously upgrade avatars. At the same time, our processes let us automate avatar production, delivering consistent output on time and at the required quality.

We've been continuously building AI avatars for our clients since 2023. We don't experiment on your dime – we have established processes. We prioritize security and legal compliance. We have our own know-how and data from various industries (results, benchmarks, insights). We know what works.

We settle licensing in a framework agreement signed at the start of the collaboration. We take on responsibility for security and EU AI Act compliance. We hold ISO 27001 certification.

Yes. We label AI avatars and any content a viewer could mistake for reality with the official icons of the European Commission's AI Office. The label is visible right away, on first exposure, with no need to click through. We do not label mascots, cartoon figures, or clearly stylized content where there's no risk of confusion. Full details are in our AI content transparency statement.
